BIO

“anyone who…” is an independent record label dedicated to deep, cinematic, and emotional electronic music. Focusing on atmospheric Chillstep, Future Garage, Cinematic Techno & House, we release tracks that tell a story – capturing the essence of warm melancholy, introspective moments, and late-night journeys.

Founded by the creator of the Synergy FM music blog (est. 2022), the label is built upon a rich history of hundreds of published reviews and thousands of discovered tracks. Having grown from a local playlist into a recognized indie blog, we bridge the gap between pure artistic expression and effective promotion by sharing our expertise in design, digital marketing, and industry mechanics. We are here for anyone who creates deep music, and anyone who seeks it.

Future Garage & Chillstep
Focusing on: Vacant, Faodail, Azaleh, Sorrow
Atmospheric soundscapes, pads, textured foley, and deep sub-bass movements. We are looking for modern emotional depth, cinematic midnight warmth, and organic "shuffling" rhythms.
Cinematic Techno & House
Focusing on: Kiasmos, Bonobo, Marsh, Jordan Arts, Evocativ
Hypnotic, deep, and melancholic electronic music. Blending organic textures, warm piano keys, or emotional melody with sophisticated, high-end sound design. Cinematic storytelling rather than just a club beat.

FAQ

We operate strictly as a service-based independent music label. This means we function as your strategic partner, providing top-tier digital distribution, marketing, and synchronization agency services to amplify your music globally. We do not buy your catalog, we do not take your publishing, and we do not lock you into traditional, restrictive industry contracts.

Yes, absolutely. All copyrights (publishing) and neighboring rights to the master recording (phonogram) remain in your full and unconditional ownership. We only receive a temporary, exclusive license to distribute and promote the specific track you sign with us for the duration of the contract.

We do not sell packages or services. Instead, we offer two distinct, transparent collaboration models based on the release strategy and potential of your track:

• Standard Release (90/10 Split): Designed for consistent independent distribution. We handle official metadata processing and global digital distribution to all stores (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.), pitch your track directly to official streaming platform editors (such as Spotify Editorial), and feature the release across the label’s own dedicated social media channels and official website. You keep 90% of the earnings, and the label retains a 10% service fee.

Priority Release (60/40 Split): Reserved for key tracks where the label takes a calculated financial risk. On top of standard distribution and editorial pitching, the label fully funds and creates custom visual assets (official artwork, Spotify Canvas, YouTube visualizers, or music videos) and runs extended external promotional campaigns. To cover these direct marketing investments, the revenue split is 60% to the Artist and 40% to the Label.

Transparency is our core value. We select tracks for a Priority Release based on a manual evaluation by our A&R team, looking at three main criteria:

• Production Quality & Musical Style:Tracks must perfectly align with our core curated aesthetics (Future Garage, Chillstep, Cinematic Techno & House).
Commercial & Streaming Potential: We assess the track’s structure, arrangement, and overall readiness for editorial playlists, radio, or potential sync placement.
Artist’s Engagement: We look at your current audience dynamic, release consistency, and willingness to actively co-promote the record alongside the label.

Please note: A Priority Release is highly selective because the label fully funds, creates, and executes all visual and external promotional materials at its own financial risk.

We actively monitor the performance and dynamic of every single release. If your track on a Standard Release shows great organic growth, strong streaming numbers, or high audience engagement, we will immediately reach out to you with expansion opportunities:

• For the current track:We may offer a contract amendment or a dedicated promotional agreement to inject additional marketing resources and scale its success.

For future releases: Excellent performance on a Standard release automatically fast-tracks your upcoming tracks for review for a Priority Release. We want to grow with you, so a successful Standard release is the perfect stepping stone to a fully funded Priority campaign for your next record—though please note that each new track is still evaluated individually to ensure it fits our curating criteria and style.

All streaming and digital sales distribution are completely automated and secure. We set up the exact percentage split (90/10 or 60/40) directly within our Distributor’s system. The earnings are paid directly into your personal account (PayPal, bank account, etc.) according to the distributor’s technical schedule. Everything is fully transparent, and financial reports generated by the distributor are final and accessible to you.

We accommodate this in two ways, but you must establish the arrangement before signing:

• Multi-Party Agreement: We can add your co-creator as a formal party to our contract. They will sign the agreement along with you, and we will configure the distributor’s system to split the Artist’s share (the 90% or 60%) between the two of you automatically.

• Solo Signing: You sign the contract alone as the sole representative. In this case, you must clear all rights with your collaborators beforehand and you assume full legal and financial responsibility for distributing their shares manually on your end. Our contract explicitly states that all liability for third-party copyright claims rests solely on the signing artist.

Yes, we operate an active sync agency service! However, our One-Stop sync pitching only activates if two specific conditions are met:

• You own 100% of the rights to the track (meaning no uncleared samples or unsigned co-writers/beatmakers).

• The track is administratively ready for international licensing (meaning you can provide standard registration data, such as your PRO details, upon request. Don’t worry if you don’t have this yet — registration with a PRO like BMI is completely free, and we’ll gladly guide you through the process to get it sorted!).

If these conditions aren’t met, our synchronization services will safely remain inactive for that specific release to avoid any issues. If a sync license is successfully secured by the label, the net revenue is split 60% to the Artist and 40% to the Label.

To protect your revenue and prevent unauthorized uploads, we monetize music globally via YouTube Content ID. However, your official personal YouTube artist channel can be whitelisted. Simply send us a formal written request via email, and we will whitelist your channel to ensure you never face automated copyright claims on your own content.

All visual assets (artworks, Spotify Canvas, YouTube visualizers, or music videos) created and paid for by the label remain the sole intellectual property of the label. Upon the expiration or termination of the music contract, any music videos or visualizers will remain on our YouTube channel and media platforms permanently. However, we highly respect your transition: upon your formal written request via email after the contract ends, we will completely disable all ad monetization on those videos within 14 calendar days.

The initial term for any release contract is 2 years. To prevent gaps in availability, the contract automatically renews for successive 1-year periods unless either party decides to terminate it. If you wish to terminate the contract at the end of a term, you must notify us via email at least 50 days prior to the renewal date. Once legally terminated, we will issue a formal takedown request to the distributor within 30 working days to remove the track from all digital platforms, or transfer the release management directly to your personal catalog account if technically feasible.
