We process your personal data solely for A&R (Artist and Repertoire) purposes: to evaluate your musical work, assess its alignment with our label’s aesthetic, and contact you if we wish to discuss a potential release or cooperation. We do not use your data for automated marketing newsletters, nor do we sell or share your information with third-party advertisers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion (Our Commitment)
We value data minimization and digital hygiene. Your data is stored within our website’s secure internal CRM system.
- Unsuccessful Demos: If your track is not selected for a release, all your submitted data (including your email address and links) will be permanently deleted from our CRM system immediately after the review period (no later than 14 days from submission).
- Successful Demos: If we choose to move forward with your track, your email and contact information will be retained to initiate contract discussions (under our Standard 90/10 or Priority 60/40 service models).
